Someone truly said, ‘A woman is like a tea bag you can’t tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water.’
On 8th march every year we celebrate women’s day worldwide. However is it really a celebration or just a day ? Women empowerment has always been an important issue for the development and welfare of the value of women in our society, objective of Women’s Day celebration has evolved and embraced culture and ethnicity to emerge as a celebration of appreciation, respect and love towards women. In different institutions women’s day is celebrated of which the integral part is to spread awareness of women empowerment, harassment, hygiene of a woman their roles and achievement. But as the day ends the objects also ends, the very next day no one cares what women are going through, after all these celebrations also women in our society are facing trouble and gender gap. The men and children celebrates women’s day not the woman, it will be celebration for her when she will be respected and treated well.
We should not forget women’s political, economic and social achievements over the decades. Along with men, women themselve’s are responsible for what a woman has to face, whether at home or at work place. A woman is considered as a global, she manages every single thing on her own and still she is counted one step down. Without a woman a family is incomplete and woman is the reason for the existence of a family. She should be educated so that she can make her own identity. Women hygine is a very big issue now a days, due to unhygenic conditions women are dying and getting ill, although there are many awareness activities for women hygeine. No celebration is necessary on this day only a promise is enough to respect and consider every women no less than anyone.
saluting the phenomenal women
(One line describes it all)
‘You’re One half of the world and the reason for the other half.’
